1) What are the minimum requirements to drive with GET Express?

  • Professional Driver’s License
  • NBI Clearance
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Accomplished registration form located in this website

2) After passing all requirements, what’s next?

Keep your lines open within the next few weeks for the schedule of your onboard training.

3) How and when do I get paid?

For COD payments, you will receive your earnings after each trip. 

4) Does GET Express take any commission?

For riders, we have ZERO commissions.

5) I already have a job. Can I still drive with GET Express?

Yes! You can choose to ride with us for 24 hours or 6 hours.

For Merchants:

1) What do I need to become a GET Express Merchant-partner?

  • Sole proprietor - DTI Business Name Registration
  • Company- SEC Registration
  • Company Tin no.
  • Bank account where your earnings will be transferred (for cashless payments)
  • An accomplished Merchant Registration Form 
  • Basic compliance to our GET Express Covid standard

2) How do I become a GET Express Merchant-partner?

After securing all requirements, you may register as our Merchant-partner here:

3) Can I get on GET Express if I do not have a physical shop?

Yes, you can, please prepare all the requirements in no. 1.

4) Are there any sign up fees?

No, we don’t ask for sign-up fees.

5) Is the Online-platform free to use?

Yes, it is free to use for the first three months.

6) When will I receive my payment?

For cash payments, you will receive your payment immediately after our 

Ka-GET rider picks-up his/her order from your restaurant. For Gcash payments, you will receive your payment within 48 hours after the order is processed. 

7) What is the GET Express COVID standard?

Our merchants are encouraged to clean hands often, sanitize high-touch surfaces, disinfect regularly and stay home when unwell.
